Today, Santa Barbara Unified School Board Member, environmentalist, poverty advocate, and candidate for Supervisor Laura Capps received the coveted endorsement of Congressmember Salud Carbajal. As the highest ranking elected official in our region, Congressmember Carbajal’s support is impactful, signaling the significant support that Capps has upon entering the race yesterday.
